个性化医护延伸方法在神经外科出院患者中的应用效果
Application effect of personalized medical care extension method in dis-charged patients of neurosurgery department
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized medical care extension in the rehabilitation of discharged patients in neurosurgery department.Methods A total of 200 patients discharged from the Department of Neurosurgery,Ganzhou People's Hospital from July 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(n=100)and the observation group(n=100)using the random number table method.After discharge,the control group received conventional extended services,while the observation group received personalized medical care extension.The self-care ability,quality of life,patient service satisfaction and social effect(recognition)of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of each dimension of self-care ability(self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,and self-care knowledge level)between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).The self-care scores of both groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of each dimension(physical function,physical function,social function,and psychological function)of the 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction(professionalism,education,service attitude)and social recognition of the patients in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The personalized medical care extension plays a significant role in improving the self-care ability and quality of life of discharged patients from neurosurgery.It can effectively enhance patients' satisfaction with the service and their recognition of the continuous nursing model,which has clinical significance.关键词
