Report on the Development of Beef Cattle Industry Technology in Guizhou Province
摘要
Abstract
The beef cattle industry is a crucial pillar for Guizhou Province in implementing the rural re-vitalization strategy and developing mountainous characteristic efficient agriculture.Based on industrial sta-tistics and field research,this article systematically analyzes the current situation and technological pro-gress of the beef cattle industry in Guizhou Province in terms of production scale,breed resources,im-proved breeding,forage supply,breeding model,processing and marketing.Currently,Guizhou has formed an advantageous production area centered around"Northwest Guizhou,North Guizhou,and Northeast Guizhou",forming a breeding pattern that combines"small groups large scale"and is driven by leading en-terprises.Significant achievements have been made in the protection and hybrid improvement of local breeds,diversified utilization of forage resources,and brand development.However,the industry still faces core challenges such as a weak improved breeding system,insufficient number of breeding cows,unsmooth financing channels,and weak brand premium capacity.In response to these issues,this article proposes that efforts should be made to build a breed development pattern with Simmental hybrid cattle as the main in-dustry and Angus cattle and Australian Wagyu cattle as supplements,improve the breeding of high-quality breeds and forage system,accelerate the formation of a new business system,deepen slaughtering proces-sing and brand building,and strengthen policy support to promote the strategic transformation of Guizhou's beef cattle industry from quantity growth to quality and efficiency.关键词
