Abstract
The beef cattle industry in Guangdong Province is currently in a critical period of transfor-mation from traditional extensive farming to modern intensive farming.Faced with multiple challenges such as low self-sufficiency rate,high external dependence on feed resources,heavy pressure from breeding costs,severe epidemic risks,and strong environmental constraints,the industry urgently needs to achieve high-quality development through systematic technological innovation and system integration.In the fu-ture,efforts should focus on promoting regional feed resource development and precision nutrition,strengthening genetic breeding adapted to Guangdong's climate,building an intelligent epidemic prevention and control system,and innovating resource utilization models for manure and waste.Through policy gui-dance and scientific and technological support to connect the entire industrial chain,and ultimately a mo-dern beef cattle industry system featuring market demand-orientation,efficient resource utilization,and en-vironmentally friendly and sustainable development will be established,providing solid support for ensu-ring the supply of high-quality beef in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.关键词
