摘要

Abstract

Objective:Based on the process role theory,this study explores the influence of the"three rural initiatives"social practice activities on the professional role formation of nursing undergraduates,with the aim of providing insights for the construction of their professional roles and enriching the forms of summer"three rural initiatives"social practices.Methods:A phenomenological research approach was adopted.Semi-structured interviews and focus group interviews were conducted with 21 nursing undergraduates who participated in the"three rural initiatives"activities.The data were analyzed,organized,and summarized using Colaizzi's seven-step phenomenological analysis method.Results:Through grassroots practice scenarios,the"three rural initiatives"activities helped nursing undergraduates achieve role expectations(including communication skills,psychological support,social responsibility,and career exploration),deepen their role understanding(breaking through the limitations of being a"disease healer"and forming a multi-dimensional perception as educators,social service providers,etc.),and promote role practice(enhancing organizational and coordination skills,self-efficacy,and clarifying career directions).Conclusion:As a"third classroom",the"three rural initiatives"activities facilitate the dynamic development of role construction among nursing undergraduates through scenario-based practice and task-driven mechanisms,providing an effective path for nursing education and practice-based talent development.
