Abstract
With the advancement in military professionalization and the increasing demand for refined management of military medical service,there is a more pressing need for job evaluation in the management of mobile medical service units.This paper summarized the characteristics and common models of job evaluation,and in combination with the job characteristics of mobile medical service units,systematically elaborated the general idea,key indicator selection principles,and categories of job evaluation of mobile medical service units.By analyzing the applicability of job evaluation in the military at home and abroad,the need for job evaluation in management of mobile medical service units was elaborated while future development was predicted.关键词
