高校银龄教师支援西部计划中的教育家精神实践与传承研究
Research on the Practice and Inheritance of the Spirit of Educators in the Support Western Plan of Silver-Age Teachers in Higher Education Institutions

Abstract
The support western plan of silver-age teachers in higher education institutions provides a vivid context for the"walking ideological and po-litical course."Using this program as a metaphor for such mobile instruction,this study focuses on how silver-age teachers in higher education institutions embody and carry forward the spirit of educators through their service in western regions.By exploring their teaching experiences in depth,it discusses how the spirit of educators is expressed and passed on across generations within the"walking mobile ideological and political course."It further analyzes the practical path through which these teachers enact this spirit in teaching,research,student guidance and community service,revealing its dynamic evolu-tion in the process of intergenerational transmission.It aims to offer theoretical explanations and practical references for the construction of the university teaching workforce,the continuation of the spirit of educators and the development of education in western China.关键词
