青少年情绪调控应激干预课程在中学的干预效果研究
Study on intervention effectiveness of child-adolescent emotion and stress intervention program in junior and senior high school students

Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility and intervention effect of a child-adolescent emotion and stress intervention program(CESIP)for junior and senior high school students when implemented in school settings.Methods Using convenience sampling,two junior high schools and one senior high school among typical public schools in Shanghai were selected,and students were recruited by entire classes.Participants received an 8-week CESIP intervention and completed questionnaire assessments before and 8 weeks after the intervention.The assessment tools included the simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ),the depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC),and the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED).Results A total of 379 students were enrolled,among whom 313 completed both the baseline and post-intervention questionnaires.During the study,66 students dropped out,with a dropout rate of 17.41%.After 8 weeks of intervention,the students'scores for positive coping and negative coping on the SCSQ were significantly improved(both P<0.01),while the total scores of the DSRSC and SCARED,as well as the factor scores of the SCARED(somatization/panic disorder,separation anxiety disorder,social anxiety disorder,and generalized anxiety disorder),were significantly reduced(all P<0.05).Conclusion The CESIP for junior and senior high school students can significantly reduce anxiety and depression and improve positive coping skills.It has application and promotion value in the junior and senior high schools.关键词
