广西防城港地区0～3岁儿童生长发育状况及营养不良影响因素分析
Analysis of growth and development status and influencing factors of malnutrition in children aged 0-3 years in Fangchenggang,Guangxi

Abstract
Objective To investigate the growth and development status of children aged 0-3 years in Fangchenggang,Guangxi,analyze the influencing factors of malnutrition,and provide evidence for the formulation of intervention measures.Methods A total of 2 660 children aged 0-3 years who underwent regular physical examinations and had established health records at primary health institutions in Fangchenggang were selected as research subjects by random sampling,with 2 429 valid data finally obtained.Data were collected through physical measurements and questionnaires covering general demographic characteristics,family feeding practices,children's birth health history,and early feeding status.The Z-score method was used to evaluate growth levels and nutritional status,and Logistic regression analysis was applied to identify the influencing factors of malnutrition.Results The median values of all Z-score indicators for children aged 0-3 years in Fangchenggang were negative.The rates of underweight,wasting,and stunting were 6.9%,9.7%,and 10.5%,respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that non-Han maternal ethnicity(OR=1.848)and low birth weight(OR=3.920)were independent influencing factors for underweight.Rural residence(OR=1.404)and low birth weight(OR=2.292)were influencing factors for wasting.Non-Han maternal ethnicity(OR=1.380),low maternal educational level(OR=1.517),and low birth weight(OR=3.397)were influencing factors for stunting.Conclusion The growth,development,and nutritional status of children aged 0-3 years in Fangchenggang,Guangxi,urgently need to be improved.It is recommended to strengthen health education during pregnancy and the perinatal period to reduce the incidence of low birth weight.Meanwhile,targeted and dynamic monitoring of child growth and development,together with specific guidance on scientific feeding,should be carried out for families with non-Han mothers,rural residence,and low maternal education levels.关键词
