摘要

Abstract

Higher vocational education plays an irreplaceable strategic role in promoting the development of new quality productive forces.Based on the theory of coordinated development among education,science and technology and talent,this study systematically deconstructs the three core elements of new quality productive forces,and analyzes their contemporary significance in promoting high-quality national development,enhancing international competitiveness,enriching Marxist theories of productive forces and improving people's well-being.It further reveals the intrinsic logic of higher vocation-al education in restructuring and upgrading these three core elements through internal empowerment,and promoting the development of new quality pro-ductive forces through external empowerment.Based on this logic,the study proposes several practical paths:dynamically adjusting program structures to develop a demand-oriented education supply system;deepening collaborative talent cultivation among government,industry,academia,research institu-tions and end-users to innovate talent cultivation models;advancing dual-track transformations to build a green ecosystem for scientific and technological innovation;implementing regionally differentiated strategies aligned with the demands of industrial development;and expanding international exchanges and cooperation to enhance the openness of higher vocational education.These efforts aim to provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for em-powering the high-quality development of China's new quality productive forces through higher vocational education.
