AI赋能应用型高校教师数字素养培训模式研究
A Study on AI-Empowered Digital Literacy Training Model for Faculty Members in Applied Higher Education Institutions

Abstract
To address the challenges faced by faculty members in applied higher education institutions,such as outdated teacher-training philoso-phies,insufficient intrinsic motivation,and limited intelligent support,this study integrates artificial intelligence technologies.Guided by the learner-cen-tered philosophy,it proposes a digital literacy training model for faculty members in applied higher education institutions.Drawing on self-determination theory,connectivism,and metacognitive theory,and following the principles of subjectivity,connectivity and intelligent support,the model is structured around three components:self-direction,dialogic interaction,and shared reflection.It enables faculty members to set individualized development goals and paths within an intelligent and open learning environment;facilitates meaningful exchanges,debates and inspiration between teachers and domain ex-perts;and encourages teachers to leverage AI-empowered tools and resources to generate personalized learning outcomes based on their own knowledge and experience.The model also supports teachers in sharing their outcomes with target audiences to promote individual reflection and outcomes,enhance self-monitoring and regulate their learning processes.In addition,the study outlines practical paths for implementing this model,contributing to theoreti-cal innovation in digital literacy training for faculty members.关键词
