摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the intervention effects of reading therapy combined with narrative therapy on adolescent depression.Methods A total of 100 adolescents diagnosed with depression and treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of Science and Technology from January 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50).Patients in the control group received reading therapy on the basis of routine antidepressant drug treatment,while patients in the observation group received reading therapy combined with narrative therapy on the same routine drug treatment.Before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention,the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire-Chinese version(CERQ-C),difficulties in emotion regulation scale(DERS),Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),adolescent self-injury questionnaire,and World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL)were used to evaluate patients in two groups.The emotional state,psychological state,self-injury behavior,and quality of life of the two groups were compared,and intra-group comparisons were conducted before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of all indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention in both groups,the positive emotion scores of the CERQ-C,the scores of all dimensions of the CD-RISC,and the scores of the WHOQOL were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05);the negative emotion scores of the CERQ-C,DERS scores,and the scores for non-suicidal self-injury and physical injury severity were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Moreover,all indicators in the observation group after the intervention were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Reading therapy combined with narrative therapy can effectively improve negative emotions and negative psychologyical states in adolescents with depression,reduce self-injury behaviors,and improve their quality of life.
