摘要
Abstract
Orthostatic hypotension is highly prevalent among older adults.The primary pathogenesis includes decreased baroreflex sensitivity,autonomic dysfunction,and hemodynamic abnormalities that lead to impaired blood pressure regulation.It is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,such as acute coronary events,heart failure,and stroke.The comorbidity of heart failure and orthostatic hypotension is common in older adults and is associated with a poor prognosis.In recent years,these patients have gradually received more clinical attention.However,the interaction mechanisms between the two conditions have not been fully elucidated,and literature on the comprehensive management of such patients is limited.This review aims to elucidate the progress of the interaction mechanisms between orthostatic hypotension and heart failure,as well as the comprehensive management of these patients.关键词
