Abstract
Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI)is a clinical transitional stage between normal cognitive decline and dementia,which is common in the elderly population.Its early screening and intervention are of great significance for disease prevention and control.This review focuses on MCI,conducts an in-depth analysis of its definition,risk factors and etiology,and systematically expounds on early screening methods,including cognitive assessment scales,laboratory and examination methods,as well as the research status and innovations in treatment.It aims to provide comprehensive and cutting-edge theoretical and practical basis for improving the level of early diagnosis and treatment of MCI,delaying disease progression,and promoting the further development of clinical practice and scientific research in this field.关键词
