靳三针联合小续命汤对恢复期脑卒中患者神经及肢体运动功能的影响
Effect of Jin Three Needles Combined with Xiaoxuming Decoction(小续命汤)on Nerve and Limb Motor Function in Convalescent Stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Jin three needles combined with Xiaoxuming Decoction(小续命汤)on nerve and limb motor function in convalescent stroke patients.Methods A total of 60 convalescent stroke patients admitted to Liuzhou People's Hospital and Liuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected for this study,and they were divided into control group and research group with 30 cases in each group.In addition to basic stroke treatment in the convalescent period,the control group received Jin three needles according to the syndrome differentiation.The study group was treated with Xiaoxuming Decoction combined with Jin three needle.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The TCM syndrome scores,hemodynamic indexes[plasma viscosity(PV),erythrocyte settlement rate(ESR),fibrinogen(FIB)]of the two groups were compared,and the recovery of nerve and motor function and adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome decreased in both groups,and the levels of PV,ESR,FIB and cere-bral stroke scale(CSS)decreased significantly in the study group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)score of the study group after treatment was(85.96±9.12)points,which was higher than that[(75.95±10.11)points]of the control group,and the total effective rate was 93.33％(28/30),which was higher than that(73.33％,22/30)of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Xiaoxuming Decoction combined with Jin three needles has definite effect in the treatment of convalescent stroke,and has significant effect in improving nerve and motor function of the patients and has high safety,which is suitable for popularization and application.关键词
