Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of acupuncture combined with cross moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke neurogenic bladder(PSNB).Methods Seventy-six patients with PSNB(all from Qingdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine)were selected for the study.The selection time was from March 2022 to September 2023.They were divided into the control group(38 cases,routine treatment+acupuncture treatment)and the research group(38 cases,routine treatment+acupuncture combined with cross moxibustion treatment).The grouping method refers to the distribution principle of random number table method.Both groups were treated for 2 courses and followed up for 1 month.The clinical indicators of the two groups were com-pared,including the clinical efficacy after treatment,urination diary,urodynamic indicators,international prostate symptom score(I-PSS),national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-short form(ICI-Q-SF)and modified barthel index(MBI)scores before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the re-search group[94.74％(36/38)]was higher than that[76.32％(29/38)]of the control group(P＜0.05).The average daily u-rination frequency,the average daily incontinence frequency,I-PSS,ICI-Q-SF,NIHSS score and bladder residual urine vol-ume of the two groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment,and these indexes of the research group were lower compared with those of the control group.The average daily single urine volume,MBI score,maximum bladder capaci-ty,maximum urinary flow rate and average urinary flow rate of the two groups increased after treatment,compared with those before treatment,and the indexes of the research group were higher after treatment compared with those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with cross moxibustion is effective in the treatment of PSNB patients,and it is helpful to alle-viate the clinical symptoms,optimize the urodynamic indexes,improve the urination function,nerve function and daily activity abil-ity,obtaining the benefit significantly.关键词
