化浊通清饮联合针刺对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的疗效研究
Efficacy of Huazhu Tongqing Decoction(化浊通清饮)Combined with Acupuncture in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Huazhu Tongqing Decoction(化浊通清饮and acupuncture in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods A total of 118 CAG patients were stochastically separated into treatment group(59 ca-ses)and control group(59 cases).The control group took Weifuchun Tablets(胃复春片)orally,and the treatment group was given oral administration of Huazhu Tongqing Decoction and acupuncture treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The total scores of TCM syndrome and pathological scores,gastroscope and pathological effect,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+),serum gastrin(GAS),heat shock protein-70(HSP-70),interleukin-8(IL-8),osteopontin(OPN)and pepsin were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P＜0.05).After treatment,the curative effect of gastroscope and pathology in the treatment group was 94.92％(56/59)and 93.22％(55/59)respectively,which was superior to that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of CD4+,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+in peripheral blood of the treatment group were significantly increased after treatment and the level of peripheral blood CD8+was significantly decreased(P＜0.05).Compared with that of the control group,the change was more significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum GAS and HSP-70 were significantly increased in both groups(P＜0.05).The serum levels of IL-8 and OPN were significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the levels of the treat-ment group changed more obviously than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant changes in pepsin Ⅱ(PG Ⅱ)before and after treatment in both groups.After treatment,the level of serum pepsin Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ)and the ratio of PG Ⅰ to PGⅡ in the treatment group were increased more significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion Huazhuo Tongqing Decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the imbalance of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood,regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hor-mones,and improve the secretory function of gastric mucosa in patients with CAG.The clinical curative effect is obvious.关键词
