蒙医温针对失眠大鼠脑干内GABA含量的影响
Effect of Mongolian Medicine Warm Acupuncture on GABA Content in Brainstem of Insomnia Rats

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Mongolian medicine warm acupuncture(MMWA)to stimulate Dinghui,Heyi and Xin acupoints on the expressions of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)positive cells in the brainstem.Methods The rats were ran-domly divided into blank control group,model group,MMWA group and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture(TCMA)group,and the insomnia model was made by intraperitoneal injection of chlorophenylalanine(PCPA)for 2 consecutive days.In the MMWA group,Dinghui,Heyi and Xin acupoints were stimulated respectively.The TCMA group used acupuncture at Shenmen(HT7),Neiguan(PC6),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Zusanli(ST36).The changes of general condition,fatigue tolerance,spleen index,thymus index and the number of GABA-positive cells in the brainstem of rats were viewed in each group.Results Compared with the model group,the MMWA group and the TCMA group showed statistically significant differences in weight gain(P＜0.05),and statistically significant differences in anti-fatigue ability,spleen index and thymus index(P＜0.01).The number of GABA-positive cells in the brainstem of rats in the mode group decreased to 9.24±2.65.After treatment,the number of GABA-positive cells in the brainstem of the MMWA group was 14.08±3.32,and that in the brainstem of the TCMA group was 13.79±3.15.The comparison of the two groups and the model group was statistically significant(P＜0.01),and the comparison between the MMWA group and the TCMA group was not statistically significant.Conclusion MMWA can increase the content of GABA in the brainstem of insomnia rats,and its sleep-promoting mechanism is closely related to its ability to regulate the content of GABA in the brainstem of insomnia rats.关键词
