基于熵权TOPSIS法下商洛数字农业发展水平综合评价研究

Abstract
To scientifically evaluate the development level of digital agriculture in Shangluo,an evaluation sys-tem was constructed,which includes 5 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators.The entropy weight-TOPSIS method was applied to comprehensively assess the development of digital agriculture in the city from 2019 to 2023.The results show that the weights of the first-level indicators are differentiated:output ben-efits occupy a core position;the foundation for digital agriculture development and input in green development form important supports;and input in digital talent resources and the level of digital production and operation play a long-term role as key carriers.The TOPSIS evaluation results indicate that the development level of dig-ital agriculture in Shangluo shows a fluctuating upward trend,with the relative proximity(C value)in 2023 being the highest in the past five years,but the overall development has a slow growth rate and insufficient vi-tality.The study suggests that measures such as improving output benefits,strengthening infrastructure con-struction,optimizing talent input,expanding digital production and operation,and increasing input in green development should be adopted to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of digital agriculture in Shangluo.关键词
