Analysis of Yield and Quality of Seven Soybean Germplasms Resistant to Cyst Nematodes

Abstract
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of soybean varieties resistant to cyst nema-todes,field data and indoor measurements were used to analyze the yield and quality variations of resistant soy-bean germplasm.The results showed that the HuJiao 282×Heihe 09-3311 germplasm had the longest growth period and the highest yield(251.38 kg/667m2),with a relatively high 100-seeds weight(20.8 g),slightly lower amino acid content,higher fat content,and a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids,particularly lin-oleic acid,which accounted for 57.58%,making it a suitable donor germplasm for high-yield,good-qual-ityand disease-resistant soybean breeding.The An09-513×Dengke 5 germplasm exhibited higher yield,along with elevated levels of soybean isoflavones and unsaturated fatty acids,making it a suitable parent for breeding high-isoflavone disease-resistant varieties.The Mengdou 13×Douhua Dou germplasm had the highest soybean isoflavone content,making it an ideal parent for breeding functional varieties with high isoflavone levels.关键词
