Advances in the Study of the Association Between Dietary Nutrition and Inflammatory Response
摘要
Abstract
With the deepening of molecular nutrition research,the mechanisms linking dietary components to inflammatory responses are becoming increasingly clear.A large amount of evidence suggests that diet can directly affect the inflammatory state of the body by regulating inflammation-related signaling pathways.Based on the inflammation index assessment system,food can be scientifically categorized into pro-inflammatory food and anti-inflammatory food,both of which regulate the development of chronic low-grade inflammation by interfering with the dynamic balance of cytokine networks.In this paper,we systematically review the latest research progress on diet-inflammation interactions,provide theoretical basis for dietary intervention in chronic metabolic inflammation,and promote the public to establish a scientific cognition of anti-inflammation through food.关键词
