摘要

Abstract

Melt crystallization is a separation technology based on the differences in melting points of components and solid-liquid phase equilibrium.By controlling temperature changes,the target component crystallizes and precipitates from the melt,thereby achieving separation and purification.Compared with traditional separation methods,melt crystallization has the advantages of low energy consumption,high product purity,high separation efficiency,and mild operating conditions.It is particularly suitable for separating isomers with similar boiling points,thermal suscep-tibility to deterioration,and difficult to separate by distillation.In recent years,with a deeper understanding of melt crystallization research and continuous optimization of processes,this technology has made significant progress in sep-arating isomers.This article briefly describes the basic principles and characteristics of melt crystallization,intro-duces different types of melt crystallization technologies,and focuses on the research of melt crystallization technology in the separation of various isomers.It highlights the application prospects of this technology in the fields of petro-chemical,coal chemical,fine chemical,and polymer monomer purification.Finally,the challenges and future de-velopment directions of melt crystallization technology aim to provide a reference for further research and application of melt crystallization in the field of isomer separation.
