Abstract

Accurate and reliable methane emission monitoring technology is an important part of oil and gas infrastructure to achieve safe production and low-carbon emission reduction.A miniaturized and low-cost methane telemetry equipment was developed based on near-infrared absorption spectroscopy technology.Based on the first harmonic normalized second harmonic wavelength modulation technology(WMS-2f/1f),a distorted harmonic template matching algorithm(WMS-2f/1f-DHTM algorithm)was proposed.Using the harmonic signal joint analysis method,combined with the backscattered echo signal of non-cooperative target,the laser path integral concentration was obtained.The results show that compared with the traditional wavelength modulated spectral first harmonic normalized second harmonic algorithm,the proposed algorithm avoids the problem of false alarm of no target gas.Compared with the direct absorption spectroscopy algorithm,the root mean square error of concentration inversion with a detection distance of 20 m is reduced by 57.6%,and the minimum detection limit of the system is 3.79 ppm·m.The proposed method can suppress the fluctuation of output concentration caused by open path non cooperative target detection and avoid the false alarm problem in non-target gas detection.The proposed method effectively suppresses the fluctuation of concentration output signal caused by open path non cooperative target detection.At the same time,through the feature discrimination mechanism,the method significantly reduces the false alarm rate when there is no target gas and solves the problem of false alarm.
