摘要

Abstract

Bauxite and coal gangue as the main raw materials,and dolomite and limestone as pore-forming agents,porous ceramic membranes with high porosity and high flux were prepared by in-situ sintering.The effects of different types and contents of carbonate minerals and sintering temperature on the phase composition,porosity,microstructure,pore size distribution,gas flux,and oil-water separation performance of the ceramic membranes were systematically studied.The results show that the crystalline phases of ceramic membranes doped with carbonates all include corundum,quartz,and anorthite.Additionally,the PD samples also contain spinel,while the PC samples include gehlenite.The porosity and gas flux of the ceramic membranes gradually increase with the increase of carbonate content.Furthermore,the porosity and gas flux of the PC samples are higher than those of the PD samples under the same conditions.During oil-water separation,the permeate flux of the ceramic membranes gradually increases with the increase of carbonate content.The stabilized permeation flux of the PC30 sample is 0.19 m3/(m2·h)at 1150℃.
