煤液化沥青制备预焙阳极实验分析及影响因素研究
Experimental analysis and influence factors on preparation of prebaked anode from coal liquefaction asphalt

Abstract
Prebaked anode is an essential product in the production of aluminum electrolysis.The choice and prepa-ration process of the binder for prebaked anode will have a significant impact on the quality of the anode.In this pa-per,the composition and properties of coal liquefaction pitch and coal tar pitch,two types of binders,were com-pared.The results show that coal liquefaction pitch has a high softening point,high coke value,low ash content,low QI,low sulfur,and low benzopyrene.By using coal liquefaction pitch as the binder,increasing the mixing tem-perature with the prebaked anode aggregate,and directly using it as a carbon binder for aluminum electrolysis,a prebaked anode carbon block can be obtained by extrusion and firing.Its bulk density is 1.53 g·cm-3,the com-pressive strength is 23.5 MPa,the resistivity is 61.0 μΩ·m,the permeability is 2.01 nPm,and the performance indicators are better than those of traditional coal tar.The quality control of prebaked anode is a very important process,and there are many factors affecting the quality of prebaked anode.In this paper,the composition of coal liquefaction asphalt and the preparation process are briefly analyzed and introduced.关键词
