Abstract
Based on the perspective of the"three lives"function,an evaluation index system for the differentiation of county-level farmers was constructed.The entropy method was used to measure the differentiation level of county-level farmers in Shandong Province from 2013 to 2023.Combined with Arc spatial analysis technology and Gini coefficient,the spatio-temporal evolution law of farmers' differentiation in Shandong Province was revealed.In terms of temporal changes,the overall differentiation level of farmers in county areas of Shandong Province increased by 23％from 2013 to 2023.However,due to policy intervention,it showed phased fluctuations,presenting the differentiation characteristics of"production function＞living function＞ecological function".In terms of spatial distribution,the differentiation pattern shows a trend of"overall improvement and gradient expansion".High-value agglomeration areas have formed along the coast of Jiaodong,while low-value areas remain locked in the northwest of Shandong Province.Overall,it presents a pattern of being higher in the east and lower in the west,with both Qingdao and Jinan as the dual cores.The differentiation of farmers shows significant regional differences.The Jiaodong region is significantly higher than the central and western Shandong regions,and the internal regional differences are most significant in the Jiaodong region.Based on the differences in the livelihood capital endowments of the three types of farmers,the study further proposes a pure farmer livelihood capital upgrade path of resource integration-technology empowerment-brand value-added,a part-time farmer livelihood strategy optimization path of industrial-agricultural collaboration-technical position matching,and an off-farmer social capital embedding path of rights protection-skill upgrading-urban-rural integra tion.To provide practical references for resolving the imbalance and differentiation among rural households in counties and promoting common prosperity in urban and rural areas.关键词
