摘要
Abstract
On-site tests were conducted on the heat transfer coefficient of the exterior walls of a passive of-fice building(hereinafter referred to as the passive house)in Harbin,a typical city in severe cold regions.Meanwhile, the indoor temperature and energy con-sumption under intermittent heating during the late stage of the heating season were monitored, and simula-tion analysis was conducted for the indoor temperature and heating energy consumption. The test results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the external walls is 0.112 W/(m2·K),which meets the design require-ments.On-site measurements during the late heating period indicate that the indoor temperature change un-der intermittent heating is relatively stable. With the increase of floors, the indoor temperature shows an up-ward trend. The daily average indoor temperatures of the 1st to 5th floors are 18.0,19.0,19.4,20.6,and 22.5 ℃ respectively, all meeting the minimum indoor heating temperature requirements. The simulation re-sults suggest that intermittent heating can be adopted for passive office buildings in severe cold regions dur-ing the early and late heating periods, and heating is recommended between 7:00-11:00 and 13:00-17:00.During the mid-stage of the heating season, when the outdoor temperature is relatively low, continuous heat-ing on working days and shutdown on weekends are recommended. The annual heating energy consumption under the recommended heating mode is 13.08 kW·h/(m2·a),which saves 40.4%compared with the continu-ous heating mode.关键词
