"兴辽卓越校"建设背景下开放办学策略探讨
Discussion on Open Education Strategies under the Background of"Xingliao Outstanding School"Construction

Abstract
To promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education,Liaoning Province has launched the"Xingliao Outstanding School"construction project.This is an important strategic measure to enhance the comprehensive strength of higher vocational colleges and their capacity to serve the regional economic and social development.In this context,open education has become a key path for higher vocational colleges to deepen reform and enhance their competitiveness.Based on the understanding of the value of open education,this paper explores the logical connection between the construction of"Xingliao Outstanding Schools"and open education,analyzes the challenges faced by open education in higher vocational colleges,and proposes strategies for promoting open education,which include inter-provincial and inter-school cooperation,deepening dual system reform,educational cooperation along the"Belt and Road",innovation of vocational education and training systems,and construction of technical and skill service platforms.关键词
