机械加工制造中自动化技术的实践探索
Practical exploration of automation technology in machining manufacturing
摘要
Abstract
As the manufacturing industry accelerates its shift toward digitalization and intelligentization,mechanical pro-cessing is gradually transitioning from traditional labor-intensive models toward automation,flexibility,and intelli-gence.Automation technology,serving as a crucial technical foundation for achieving efficient processing,stable quali-ty,and cost reduction,has been widely applied in areas such as CNC machining,robot collaboration,flexible manufac-turing systems(FMS),and online inspection.This paper analyzes the current status and effectiveness of core technolo-gies-including CNC technology,robotic integration systems,flexible manufacturing systems(FMS),and intelligent in-spection-in actual production lines.summarizes the mechanisms by which automation technology enhances machining consistency,shortens production cycles,reduces labor intensity,and improves equipment utilization.Drawing on case studies from leading enterprises,it further examines practical bottlenecks encountered during automation system deploy-ment-including high equipment investment,complex system integration,data silos,and shortages of multidisciplinary talent-and proposes targeted development strategies.This aims to provide practical guidance for the mechanical pro-cessing industry in achieving high-quality transformation.关键词
