The Liaoning Model of Professional Upgrading and Digital Transformation in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Digital transformation is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of vocational education and the only way to serve industrial development and support regional economic construction.Liaoning Province has actively seized the key structure and element of"professional cluster".Guided by the four-level policy chain and piloted breakthroughs in five key elements,it has established a mechanism of"industrial upgrading-specialty alignment-dynamic adaptation"to force the restructuring of majors,and created a digital twin of industry-education collaboration integrating"platform-mechanism-element",and formed a new digital ecosystem of"teacher-textbook-teaching method",providing the Liaoning model and Liaoning solution.关键词
