TPU热熔胶膜的表面改性及性能研究
Surface Modification and Performance Research of TPU Hot Melt Adhesive Film

Abstract
In this study,aiming at the problems of low bonding strength and poor heat re-sistance of thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)hot melt adhesive film,silane coupling agents 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550),3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH560),methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH570),3-glycidyl ether oxypropyl triethoxy silane(KH561),N-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH791),N-(2-amineeth-yl)-3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane(KH792),vinyltrimethoxysilane(A-171)and vinyl tri-(2-methoxyethoxy)silane(A-172)were used as modifiers to treat the surface of TPU hot melt adhesive film,and the effects of types of coupling agents on the mechanical prop-erties,heat resistance and thermal stability of TPU hot melt adhesive film were analyzed systematically.The results showed that the properties of TPU hot melt adhesive film modi-fied by KH570 and A-171 coupling agent were the best.Scanning electron microscope ob-servation showed that the pores on the surface of the film disappeared and the roughness increased after the modification of KH570 and A-171 coupling agents.X-ray energy dis-persive spectrum analysis(EDS)further confirmed the uniform distribution of coupling a-gents on the surface of TPU hot melt adhesive film.The tensile strength of TPU film modi-fied by A-171 increased from 33.5 MPa(unmodified)to 52.6 MPa.The bond strength between the adhesive film modified by KH550 and shoe material was lower,and the bond strength of adhesive film modified by other coupling agents met the requirements.Under the load of 1 kg at 70℃,the opening distance of TPU hot melt adhesive film modified by KH561,KH570 and A-171 coupling agent was less than 1.27 cm,which met the technical index.The weight loss starting point of TPU hot melt adhesive film modified by KH570 and A-171 coupling agent increased from 323.7℃to 355.9℃and 341.8℃,and the thermal stability was improved.关键词
