The application value and Improvement directions of servo control technology in CNC machining
摘要
Abstract
Servo control technology constitutes an automatic control technique that enables precise tracking or reproduction of input commands through real-time measurement,feedback,and correction of system output variables.This paper explores its application principles in achieving high-speed,high-precision positioning,complex surface machining,synchronous multi-axis control,and machining stability.By examining servo control strategies and perform-ance parameters in typical machining scenarios,it reveals key factors influencing machining accuracy and efficiency.Building upon this foundation,the paper further proposes that future servo control technology should evolve towards intel-ligent perception,collaborative control,and fault self-diagnosis.This progression aims to progressively establish high-performance,highly flexible,and highly reliable CNC machining systems.关键词
