摘要

Abstract

Servo control technology constitutes an automatic control technique that enables precise tracking or reproduction of input commands through real-time measurement,feedback,and correction of system output variables.This paper explores its application principles in achieving high-speed,high-precision positioning,complex surface machining,synchronous multi-axis control,and machining stability.By examining servo control strategies and perform-ance parameters in typical machining scenarios,it reveals key factors influencing machining accuracy and efficiency.Building upon this foundation,the paper further proposes that future servo control technology should evolve towards intel-ligent perception,collaborative control,and fault self-diagnosis.This progression aims to progressively establish high-performance,highly flexible,and highly reliable CNC machining systems.
