摘要

Abstract

Numerical simulations were performed on fully premixed cooking stoves to investigate the effects of fire channel brick height,fire hole inclination angle,and fire channel type on thermal efficiency.When the fire channel is straight-tube type and the fire hole incli-nation angle is set at 60°,the simulation results for dif-ferent fire channel brick heights show that both the flue gas temperature and thermal efficiency increase first and then decrease with the rise of fire channel brick height.The maximum thermal efficiency is achieved at a fire channel brick height of 8 cm,while the minimum thermal efficiency occurs at a height of 12 cm.When the fire channel is straight-tube type and the fire chan-nel brick height is fixed at 8 cm,the simulation results for different fire hole inclination angles indicate that the peak thermal efficiency is obtained at an inclina-tion angle of 45°,whereas the lowest thermal efficiency is recorded at 60°.When the fire channel brick height is 8 cm and the fire hole inclination angle is 60°,the simulation results for different fire channel types dem-onstrate that the bell-mouth fire channel yields the highest thermal efficiency,while the thermal efficien-cies of the straight-tube fire channel and inclined fire channel are relatively close.
