Abstract
With the rapid development of new quality productive forces,vocational education is faced with new requirements for intelligent and digital transformation.This paper explores how to deeply integrate ideological and political education with the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges in the context of new quality productive forces,so as to construct a compound talent training system adapting to the needs of new quality productive forces.By analyzing the connotative characteristics of new quality productive forces and its impact on vocational education,this paper puts forward the theoretical logic,practical path and guarantee mechanism of the"ideological and political education+craftsmanship spirit"system,providing references for higher vocational colleges to carry out the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent and serve the transformation and upgrading of industries.关键词
