"两山"理念引领下中国式林业现代化路径研究
Research on the pathway of Chinese-style forestry modernization guided by"Two Mountains"concept

Abstract
"Two Mountains"concept as the core component of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization provides the fundamental guidance for Chinese-style forestry modernization.Grounded in the process of Chinese-style modernization,this article aims to systematically explore the theoretical connotations,practical challenges,and implementation pathways of Chinese-style forestry modernization under the guidance of"Two Mountains"concept.Based on a three-dimensional theoretical framework encompassing systematic ecological view,green development view,and people's livelihood and well-being view,and integrating practices from the national collective forest tenure reform and typical cases such as Anji in Zhejiang,Sanming in Fujian and forest areas of Great Xing'an Mountains in Inner Mongolia,this paper systematically analyzes the inherent compatibility between"Two Mountains"concept and forestry modernization in terms of value objectives,practical pathways,and driving mechanisms.Research findings show that Chinese-style forestry modernization currently faces practical dilemmas such as the imbalance between ecological protection and industrial development,inefficient resource conversion mechanisms,and insufficient scientific and technological support.Accordingly,a"three-dimensional synergy"practical pathway is proposed:consolidating the foundation of"lucid waters and lush mountains"through ecosystem governance,activating the value of"gold and silver mountains"through industrial integration and innovation,and facilitating the conversion channel through institutional and mechanism reforms.Furthermore,a trinity support system comprising targeted policy safeguards,innovation-driven technological guarantees and diversified financial safeguards is constructed.The research findings indicate that only by adhering to the core principles of"protection first,reform-driven,technology-empowered,and people-centered"can a virtuous cycle of ecological conservation,industrial development and livelihood improvement be ultimately achieved.The study integrates the theoretical logic and practical exploration of"Two Mountains"concept,extracting national-level insights through comparative multi-case studies,thereby providing theoretical reference and practical paradigms for advancing forestry modernization that fosters harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.关键词
