养教结合的老年教育模式探索
Exploration on the Elderly Education Model Integrating Care and Education
摘要
Abstract
Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this paper expounds the necessity of carrying out elderly education that integrates elderly care and education,analyzes the problems in the current process of elderly education,and proposes implementation approaches such as enhancing publicity and guidance and establishing a new concept of elderly care that combines elderly care and education;enhancing professional training and optimizing the supply of teachers;taking service as the orientation,and strengthening the construction of the curriculum system,so as to achieve the full-chain satisfaction of individual needs and the enhancement of life value for the elderly group.关键词
