The application and development of precision machining technology in CNC technology
摘要
Abstract
Precision machining technology is the core foundation for modern manufacturing to achieve the production of high-performance,high-reliability,and high-value-added products,playing a crucial role in enhancing manufac-turing standards and industrial competitiveness.As equipment manufacturing evolves toward high-end,complex,and intelligent directions,the application of numerical control(NC)technology in precision machining continues to deepen,demonstrating unique advantages in complex surfaces,multi-axis interpolation,and composite machining.However,technical bottlenecks still exist in areas such as high-precision tool control,process stability,and the integration of in-formation technology and intelligence.Therefore,this paper provides an overview of the current state of precision machi-ning technology,conducts a systematic analysis and summary of key applications of CNC technology in precision machi-ning and its integration into intelligent manufacturing systems,and explores future trends in precision machining technol-ogy toward high-end,intelligent,green,and networked directions,offering theoretical references and technical guid-ance for subsequent research.关键词
