Abstract
This paper investigated the purification and hydrogen production processes,technical schemes,and economic performance of hydrogen production at vari-ous scales from coke oven gas.Undertaking coke oven gas purification for hydrogen production based on iron and steel plants exhibits certain profitability.Increas-ing the hydrogen production scale is conducive to improving project economics,when the scale reaches 5 000 m3/h or higher,the investment payback period can be shortened to within 5.1 years.Project sensitivity analysis shows that the sensitivity of hydrogen price is positively correlated with the internal rate of return(IRR)on investment and negatively correlated with the investment payback period.In contrast,the sensitivity of coke oven gas price is negatively correlated with the IRR and positively correlated with the payback period.Furthermore,hydrogen price demonstrates greater sen-sitivity compared to coke oven gas price.关键词
