Analysis of the Logic of Professional Competence Map Construction Based on Job Requirements
摘要
Abstract
At present,many vocational colleges are building professional competence maps based on job requirements.However,during the construction process,problems often arise,such as the disconnection between abilities and job demands,unclear construction logic,unscientific application scenarios,and unclear degree of ability achievement.This paper starts from the perspective that the professional competence map is the digital presentation form of local professional standards,and focuses on elaborating the logical framework and construction path of competence standards,as well as the innovative path of learning evaluation standards,aiming to enhance the adaptability of talent cultivation to job requirements.关键词
