银杏活性成分在恶性肿瘤治疗中的机制研究及进展
Mechanism and research progress of ginkgo active ingredients in the treatment of malignant tumors
摘要
Abstract
Ginkgo biloba has various active ingredients,primarily including flavonoid glycosides,terpene lactones,and ginkgolic acids.The extracts of Ginkgo biloba have various pharmacological effects such as antioxidant,anti-aging,antidepressant,antibacterial,antiviral and anti-tumor activities.Malignant tumors are related to numerous factors such as environment,living habits,chronic inflammation and genetic susceptibility.At present,the treatment of malignant tumors is still a challenge to be overcome in clinical practice.The optimization of relevant diagnosis and treatment strategies and individualized treatment programs are the focus of medical attention.This article describes the pharmacological effects and application prospects of active ingredients of Ginkgo biloba,and analyzes its potential mechanism of efficacy in the treatment of malignant tumors,so as to provide ideas for clinical optimization of malignant tumor treatment programs and exploration of feasible adjuvant treatment methods.关键词
