TyG、TyG-BMI、TG/HDL-C与女性2型糖尿病患者合并尿失禁的相关性
Association of TyG index,TyG-BMI and TG/HDL-C with urinary incontinence in female patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the association between triglyceride glucose index(TyG),triglyceride glucose body mass index(TyG-BMI)and triglyceride/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(TG/HDL-C)with urinary incontinence in female patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods A total of 415 female type 2 diabetes patients aged≥18 years who attended The First Hospital of Lanzhou University from September 2021 to May 2023 were selected to collect their clinical data.The patients were divided into Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4 groups according to the quartiles of TyG,TyG-BMI and TG/HDL-C,to compare the general information and the incidence,type and severity of urinary incontinence of each group.The Logistic regression analysis and receiver operating characteristic curve were used to analyze the relationship between the above indexes and urinary incontinence and its severity.Results With the increase of TyG,TyG-BMI and TG/HDL-C,the inci-dence and severity of urinary incontinence increased significantly in female T2DM patients(P<0.001),and the proportion of stress incontinence increased higher(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that,compared with the lowest quartile(Q1)group of TyG,TyG-BMI and TG/HDL-C,the above indicators in Q2-Q4 groups were significantly correlated with urinary incontinence in female T2DM patients(P<0.001).This correlation still existed after TyG and TyG-BMI were corrected for the relevant influencing factors,whereas the correlation between TG/HDL-C and urinary incontinence was weakened after correction for potential influencing factors.Multifactorial Logistic regression analysis showed that TyG and TyG-BMI were risk factors for the development of urinary incontinence in female patients with type 2 diabetes.Receiver oper-ator characteristic curve analysis showed that the optimal critical values for TyG,TyG-BMI and TG/HDL-C were 7.22,168.33 and 2.43.Conclusion High TyG,TyG-BMI,and TG/HDL-C are strongly correlated with the occurrence of urinary incontinence and its severity in female type 2 diabetes patients,suggesting that early monitoring and control may help reduce the risk of urinary incontinence.关键词
