甲状腺疾病患者维生素D水平与性别、年龄、季节的相关性研究
Correlation between vitamin D level and gender,age and season in thyroid disease population
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum 25-OH vitamin D level and gender,age and season in patients with thyroid diseases in Gansu province based on clinical data.Methods The laboratory results of serum 25-OH vitamin D and related clinical data of patients in the Second Hospital of Lanzhou Uni-versity in the past 5 years were collected.A total of 11 841 patients with common thyroid diseases(primary hyperthyroidism,primary hypothyroidism,thyroid nodules,thyroid tumors)were selected for follow-up study.Retrospective analysis was made of serum 25-OH vitamin D levels and the effects of gender,age,season and different thyroid diseases on 25-OH vitamin D levels.Results The average serum 25-OH vitamin D concentra-tion of 11 841 subjects was 11.90(8.60,17.67)ng/mL.The proportions of normal,insufficient and deficient 25-OH vitamin D were 19.07%,30.81%and 50.12%,respectively.The proportion of 25-OH vitamin D defi-ciency in women was significantly higher than that in men(P<0.001).There were significant differences in 25-OH vitamin D levels among different age groups(P<0.001).Regarding different seasons,the serum 25-OH vitamin D level was the highest in summer and lowest in winter,and the seasonal differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.001).As for different diseases,serum 25-OH vitamin D was the highest in the primary hyperthyroidism group and lowest in the thyroid nodule group,and the difference between them was statis-tically significant(P<0.01).In different age groups,the concentration of 25-OH vitamin D was the lowest in 18～29 years old and highest in 60～69 years old(the highest in thyroid tumor group≥70 years old).Regres-sion analysis showed that gender,age,season and different thyroid diseases all affected the changes of 25-OH vitamin D levels.Conclusion Serum 25-OH vitamin D deficiency is common in people with thyroid diseases in Gansu province,and the changes in 25-OH vitamin D level are significantly correlated with gender,age,season and thyroid disease stratification.关键词
