胆总管结石的个体化内镜与微创外科治疗策略
Individualized therapeutic strategies of endoscopy and minimally invasive surgery for common bile duct stones
摘要
Abstract
Clinical management of common bile duct stones requires stratified treatment system based on stone characteristics,anatomical conditions,and patient status.This article systematically elucidated the core therapeutic principles for different clinical subtypes(gallbladder with common bile duct stones,isolated com-mon bile duct stones,difficult stones,and high-risk cases),proposing an individualized decision-making framework stratified by stone size,anatomical complexity,and surgical risk.The study aimed to establish a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for reducing postoperative complications,enhancing treatment success rates,and improving clinical decision-making precision.The content strictly adhered to the editorial requirements of the Chinese medical association,with terminology standardization and evidence grading in accordance with current domestic guidelines.关键词
