Abstract
The advancement of electronic endoscopy and the widespread adoption of early diagnosis and treatment strategies for tumors have placed higher demands on the pathological diagnosis of early gastrointestinal cancers.Gas-tric type early gastric carcinoma with low cellular atypia represent a particular diagnostic challenge in clinical patho-logical diagnosis.Their subtle cytological and structural atypia can be easily overlooked or misinterpreted as reactive proliferative changes,complicating the differential diagnosis.Therefore,it is critical to accurately identify the atypia in such cases.By gaining a thorough understanding of the histological features of normal gastric mucosa,pathologists can detect the subtle atypia of low atypia gastric-type early carcinoma—especially its architectural abnormalities—and effectively distinguish them from reactive hyperplasia,thereby achieving precise diagnosis of low atypia gastric-type adenocarcinoma.This article aims,through case-based analyses,to elucidate the histopathological char-acteristics of low atypia gastric-type early carcinomas and to enhance pathologists'diagnostic and differential diagnos-tic capabilities for these lesions.关键词
