湿式离合器温度场仿真分析及沟槽结构优化研究
Study on Temperature Field Simulation and Groove Structure Optimization of Wet Clutches

Abstract
To study the effect of grooves on the cooling performance of wet clutches,a simulation model of wet clutches was established,with use of STAR-CCM+software.The model is based on the k-e two-layer turbulence model and the euler volume of fluent model(VOF)model.Without changing the cross-sectional area of the groove flow,the shape of the groove was optimized,and simulation analysis was conducted using STAR-CCM+to obtain the flow field and temperature distribution in the radial groove.The results show that under the same cross-sectional area of the groove flow and the same coolant flow rate,the cooling effect of the optimized groove structure is significantly improved.On this basis,in-depth research was conducted on the groove structure to obtain the cooling effect under different flow rates and rotation-speed differences,providing potential theoretical evidences for the design and optimization of wet clutch friction plates.关键词
