摘要

Abstract

A stimuli-responsive anti-counterfeiting ink was developed using fluorescein as the core functional material and an environmentally friendly,full-alcohol solvent.With this ink,a series of sample films was produced on biaxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)substrates via gravure printing,including blank films and films with varying fluorescein contents and thicknesses.Changes in the films before and after NH3 stimulation were assessed using fluorescence spectroscopy and macroscopic visual inspection.The ink was further characterized for viscosity,fineness,initial drying,and adhesion strength.Results demonstrate that the printed films are colorless and transparent under normal conditions,but develop a yellow-green color visible to the naked eye upon NH3 stimulation.Optimized formulations allow the color change to be clearly observed without instrumentation,and the effect persists for several hours even under low-temperature conditions(e.g.,-18℃),highlighting potential applications in cold-chain logistics.The ink's viscosity,fineness,initial drying,and adhesion all meet national standards,confirming its suitability for industrial application.
