制度逻辑视角下企业家型村干部推动乡村产业振兴的过程与机制
Process and mechanism of entrepreneur-type village cadres facilitating rural industrial revitalization from an institutional logics perspective

Abstract
Integrating institutional logics theory and role theory,this study conducts a longitudinal single-case analysis of Yanbo village in Guizhou province to systematically examine the dynamic process and underlying mechanisms through which entrepreneur-type village cadres drive rural industrial revitalization.The results show that by continuously adapting to the structural tensions between public-welfare logic and market-efficiency logic,entrepreneur-type village cadres achieve role integration and institutional innovation in stages.In the initial phase,they rely on Party-building leadership to integrate resources.In the mid-term phase,they adopt an equity-based cooperative system to balance fairness and efficiency.In the later phase,they expand the industrial ecosystem through multi-stakeholder governance.The core mechanism involves a tripartite linkage of"institutional flexibility adaptation-role-function complementarity-resource synergy enhancement."Specifically,they construct an adaptive institutional space through hybrid rule design,organizational boundary reconfiguration,and the localization of knowledge.By mutually embedding governance authority with market credibility and integrating local knowledge with professional expertise,they build a risk-sharing community of interests.Furthermore,by activating internal resource elements and linking external policies and technologies,they promote industrial chain extension and tertiary-sector integration.Accordingly,we suggest that entrepreneur-type village cadres can turn institutional constraints into drivers of innovation through strategic actions,effectively coordinating public goals with market efficiency and endogenous resources with external factors.This study offers a new micro-level explanatory framework for rural industrial revitalization and enriches the applicability and explanatory power of institutional logics theory in complex rural settings.关键词
