Operation mechanism and shaping logic of agricultural employment models in rural industrial revitalization

Abstract
From the analytical perspective of the labor force organization mechanism and combined with the cases of multiple agricultural industrialization regions,this paper explores the practical characteristics,operation mechanism and shaping logic of the agricultural employment model.The results show that with the advancement of the rural revitalization strategy and the rapid development of agricultural industrialization,organizational employment has gradually become an important model of agricultural employment,featuring the dual characteristics of market-oriented entrustment of agricultural employment and external transfer of labor supervision.The operation mechanism of organizational employment can be summarized as"embedded integration",including three aspects,relationship embedding and labor resource integration,market embedding and employment demand integration,and power embedding and self-integration of informal organizations.The organizational employment model is not only the result of the development of the rural labor market,but also the product jointly shaped by factors such as the development of large-scale agricultural operations,the rational choices of farmers'families,and the promotion by local economic elites.It is accordingly suggested that policy support should be provided at the institutional level for the construction of the rural labor market to enhance the allocation efficiency of the labor force,thereby facilitating the cause of rural industrial revitalization.关键词
