食用菌双核体生物学性质探讨
Exploration of Biological Properties of Dikaryons in Edible Fungi

Abstract
Basidiomycetes dominate cultivated edible fungi,with dikaryotic species being the most prevalent.In this paper,we perform systematically an exploration of biological properties of dikaryons through nine core characteristics firstly proposed here:haploid nature,totipotency,regenerative capacity,fertility,separability,remating ability,redundancy,coordination and hierarchy.Their biological roles and logical relationships between each other are described at the following.The haploid nature of dikaryon promotes genetic diversity within individuals while maintaining stability through inter-nuclear coordination and genetic complementation.The totipotency of dikaryon enables both sexual and asexual propagation but carries degeneration risks.The regenerative capacity through asexual reproduction and sexual fertility(sexual reproduction)can synergistically maintain balance between genetic stability and adaptive evolution.The separability and the remating ability optimize nuclear pairing through phase separation and new dikaryotization.The inter-nuclear coordination maintains hyphal homeostasis via functional specialization,while the redundancy and the hierarchy synergistically screen compatible nuclear pairs and ensure mating diversity.Basing on the above characteristics,we establish a multilayered genetic theory for the advantages and evolutionary persistence of dikaryons,encompassing genetic foundations,reproductive strategies,inter-nuclear interactions,and mating systems.This theory gives a hypothesis of dynamic regulation on integrating of genetic reservoirs and phenotypic screening to elucidate the balance of dikaryons between genetic stability and environmental adaptation,thereby providing a theoretical framework for the strain rejuvenation,stress resistance enhancement,and precision breeding in future.关键词
