摘要

Abstract

This experiment used Cleistocalyx operculatusleaves as the research material,optimized the extraction of polysaccharides from Cleistocalyx operculatus leaves using L9(34)orthogonal experimental method,and determined the antioxidant activity of the polysaccharide extract.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for polysaccharides were a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10(g•mL-1),extraction time of 0.5 h,temperature of 80℃,and an extraction rate of 4.85%.The antioxidant results showed that polysaccharides from Cleistocalyx operculatus leaves have strong antioxidant activity,Its antioxidant capacity is positively correlated with polysaccharide concentration.Compared with the positive control Vc,the total reduction ability of polysaccharides is slightly stronger than Vc,and the clearance rate of DPPH•is comparable to Vc,but the clearance rate of hydroxyl radicals is weaker than Vc.
