The Intrinsic Logic and Mechanism of the Sojourn Industry's Promotion of Rural Governance from the Perspective of Organizational Embedding-A Case Study of Tugua Chong Village in Yunnan Province

Abstract
Based on the theory of embedded governance,this paper takes Tuguachong Village in Yunnan Province as a typical case to explore the realization path and internal mechanism of rural governance promoted by the sojourn industry.Through four embedded dimensions,an effective mechanism was formed,including multi-party collaboration,shared risks and benefits,cultural inheritance and innovation,and cognitive and behavioral incentives,which en hanced the efficiency of rural governance and provided a practical path for rural revitalization.The practice of Tugua-chong Village indicates that the sojourn industry can provide replicable experiences for rural governance.关键词
